Ultimately you are what you think. Your thoughts dictate how you view yourself, how the world views you. Your thoughts determine the day you will have, your actions, interactions, your approach to everyday life situations, trials and tribulations.
Self care tip: Buy some post-its, write down your favorite affirmations, stick them all over your house
How often do you speak love into yourself? … and I ask that because if you are like me, then you speak love into those around you.

Peace is in the core of our thinking, it starts when we open our eyes in the morning, the simplicity of a few words setting the tone “Today will be an amazing day” – changes everything.
The amazing thing about affirmations is you don’t need to be any where specific to recite them, there’s no rule book or special method, just be intentional.

- A pen and paper
- Some tea or any libation that makes you feel cozy
- A positive mindset
The 3 6 9 method when manifesting.. Write down your affirmation(s) of choice 3 times in the morning, 6 times in the afternoon, 9 times in the evening.
- I am worthy
- I am safe
- I am deserving
- I am abundant
- The divine flows through me
- Happiness is a choice, I choose to be happy
- I release the negative thoughts that do not serve me
- I forgive myself & set myself free
- I am unlimited in success and abundant in all I deserve
- All that I seek is already within me
The more you repeat affirmations, the more you will begin to believe and attract the good that you are worthy of.
