fall in love with yourself… again and again!

When was the last time you said “I love you”… to you? Poured some love into you, saw yourself through eyes of light and worthiness?

Imagine being in a space where the love you see and feel for yourself, overpowers any love you could ever receive from the outside, really looking at yourself and appreciating every curve, every spec, every inch of you.

Gaining a new / deeper / perspective of what love looks like from the inside • out

Giving yourself grace

Celebrating yourself for how far you’ve come

Showing gratitude for everything you’ve been blessed with thus far

Viewing yourself through the eyes of the people who love you the most, knowing and believing that you are worthy of divine, intentional and safe love

Trust yourself enough to know that everything that is happening in this moment, everything that has been removed from your life

it was all for a greater purpose.

The person you are NOW, give thanks to THEM

the lessons learned, the love lost and gained

but most importantly, the spirt that’s been awakened within you.

Falling Back In Love With You

  1. Spend more time… with self, pouring love into self. Solitude is healthy and often times needed. You are your home. Return home.

  2. Start incorporating “things I am proud of” in your daily journaling. Don’t be shy to list your daily accomplishments, celebrate you, always.

  3. Fill yourself up with kindness, words of love, affirmations.

  4. Instead of focusing on the things you don’t have, focus on everything you’ve been blessed with. Focus on the times love has shown up for you. The times your prayers have been answered. The times you’ve received the reminders that you are protected. Allow those moments to serve as reminders that everything works out in your favor.

  5. Trust yourself, Trust your intuition.

  6. Do kind things for yourself, daily. (whether its a nice meal, treating yourself to something - whatever it is, make sure its from you to you).

  7. Be intentional with the energy you invite and allow to stay in your life. Love yourself enough to not allow people to enter or stay in your life that compromise or disturb with your peace. Who don’t respect your boundaries. Who don’t give you the space to be.

  8. Practice Grace and Gratitude. Everything happens for a reason, give yourself space to honor your current season, where you are and how much you’ve accomplished. Prepare yourself for everything that’s finding you, the things you are manifesting and the things you are praying for.

  9. Forgive yourself. This is Major to be honest. No longer placing blame on ourselves for some of the things we may have been through.

  10. Honor the boundaries you’ve set not only for others but the boundaries you’ve put in place for yourself.

The most beautiful relationship is the one we have with self
