Starting a journey through wellness at the age of 16, and still navigating through the portals, shifts and changes that every journey and transition may take us on - the one thing that has been a saving grace is the love, warmth, devotion, and truth of community. How church lives within the love of our hearts, and gospel is birthed from the words spoken in love. How deep intention is and how healing a listening ear and heart can be. I know how important accountability is and how useful it is to have someone who can remind you or not only giving yourself grace in where you are, but holding space while you journey to where you desire to be. Healing is not linear, what works for one person, wont work for the other. The goal is to find what works for you and love yourself through every season, every space and every shift.

Meditation isn’t about silencing your mind, its about silencing the world around you. Transmuting negative thinking, and tapping back into self. Too often we are distracted by outside noise and sometimes that outside noise are our own thoughts.
Guided Meditations will not included sound. Complete sound healing meditations can be booked separately.
Mirror Work is a sacred self-love practice offered as a guided service, inviting you to only fall in love with yourself, but to pour love into yourself, forgive yourself, sit with yourself and really honor the person you see in front of you.
