Reminder to Protect Your Peace Today

As you rise up this morning and read this (whenever it reaches you), let me start by saying

your peace of mind, is, will always be, and should always be top priority.

What’s happening around you right now?

Who’s pissing you off?

Who’s challenging you peace?

Disturbing your safe space?

Do these things really matter? Do they hold any real weight?

Challenging you to release these things right now, to let go of the people that have been causing you stress

Take back control of your thoughts

And release the things you can’t control

Say No

Cut Ties with Unhealthy people, situations, jobs

Take Breaks when necessary

Don’t entertain things that you know are only sent here as test

Recognize when God is blessing you by removing what’s essentially harmful to you

Listen to your intuition

Don’t answer every phone call, every text

Set all the boundaries you need
