BrownGirlsWellness is an intimate space created to allow you the safety,  tools and community (some may need) as you start your wellness and healing journey. 

***This is NOT a membership***

These 1:1 sessions are geared to 

  1. Provide you the necessary tools and resources as you journey into healing

  2. Provide a safe space 

  3. A space that holds you accountable 

  4. A space that recognizes your light and power

I am not a therapist - Nor am I a licensed professional

I am a SAFE SPACE

I work from my heart and my own personal experience with mental health and overcoming what many are afraid to talk about.

I have over 10 years experience in social services

I am certified level 2 reiki

I have over 20 years life experience in wellness

I have 38 years life experiences in love

CancellatioLife happens to the best of us. 

Once we are in community and services have started

Please note: I do not issue refunds for booked / confirmed appointments, this is a part of holding you accountable. 

If you do need to cancel, your appointment will be rescheduled

If you are rescheduling your appointment for emergency reasons, you will be given an appointment within the following week (opposed to a month).
